RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return. We will process your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item. Please note the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges , and return shipments must be sent with tracking.
A SBLA Customer Service representative will reply within 24 to 48 hours, and if the return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RA Number) and a return form.
Once return is approved:
- Package your return item in the SBLA packaging (if available) otherwise pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Please include a copy of the original order receipt in the package you are returning.
- Please include a copy of the return form, given to you with your RA number by one of our Customer Service Team Members
- Mark the outside of your packaging with the RA Number provided by SBLA customer service.
- Mail your return package using one of our preferred carriers (see below) so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost. If shipment is not used with tracking info we cannot guarantee a refund.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
All sales taxes will be refunded as well.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to process once received at our Distribution Facility. You will be notified of the refund by email once processed. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on you statement depending on the form of payment.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your SBLA.com account.
Late returns after the return period are only accepted at the discretion of SBLA Beauty Inc.
Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.
SBLA cannot be responsible for return shipments not received or lost. Please ensure that you return your purchase using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
