  • How does auto-replenishment work?
    Signing up for our auto-replenishment program is as easy as making a purchase. It is the most convenient and rewarding way to shop for your favorite SBLA products, and all according to your own schedule. Just select the auto-replenishment option and frequency on your desired products. You can change the products, frequency, shipping address at any point before the order ships. We offer the best prices and exclusive benefits to our subscription members.
  • How do I sign up?
    You can sign up for auto-replenishment on the product page or when reviewing your cart. When selecting your item for purchase you can opt-in to our subscription program by selecting ‘Auto Replenishment’ and choosing your preferred delivery frequency. Then just check out as normal.
  • Why would I sign up for SBLA auto-replenishment?
    Signing up for our subscription service means you never have to be without your wands. Having your favorite items on subscriptions can allow you to maintain consistency in your skincare routine. Subscribers also receive 20% off all orders and access to other benefits.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your auto-replenishment service at any time. To do so log into your SBLA Beauty account using the email used to make the purchase and navigate to the section called ‘My Subscriptions’. Then navigate to your upcoming order and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow instructions to confirm your choice. We recommend pausing your subscription if you think you may want to continue with auto replenishment in the future. Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes to process. If you need assistance please contact customerservice@sbla.com If you are subscribed to multiple products they all must be canceled individually.
  • How can I pause a subscription order?
    Pausing your subscription is a great option if you need to skip an order. You can pause an auto-replenish order by logging into your SBLA account and navigating to the section ‘My Subscriptions’. You can click the options ‘Pause Subscription’ to stop receiving auto-ship packages. You can un-pause at any time and your auto-replenishment orders will resume at the next cycle.
  • How do I change the frequency of my subscription order?
    We offer a variety of frequency options to best fit your needs. To change the frequency, go to your SBLA account and navigate to the section ‘My Subscriptions’. Here you will see a drop down menu next to each subscription item. To change the frequency click this drop down and select your new desired period between orders. You also have the option to skip or change the date of an auto-replenishment order at any time.
  • Can I switch or add a product to my subscription?
    You can add and remove any items for future auto-replenish orders. First you must ensure you are logged into your account. Then go to the webpage for the desired item and select the ‘Add To Auto- Replenish” button. This button will provide you the option to add it as a one-time-only addition to your next order or add it as part of your subscription.
  • How do I change my shipping address for a subscription order?
    To change the shipping address for an upcoming auto-replenish order please sign into your SBLA Beauty account and enter the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. Here you can click ‘Change Shipping’ and edit your shipping information for your upcoming auto-replenishment orders. If you need additional help please contact customerservice@sbla.com, they can assist up until the order has shipped.
  • How do I change my credit card information on file?
    You can edit your credit card information for future auto-replenish orders at any time. You can do so by logging into your account and updating your profile. To do so click the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab and select ‘Change Billing’
  • What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
    SBLA Auto-Replenish orders require a credit card or Visa Debit for payment.
