SBLA BEAUTY is now available worldwide with only a few exceptions! If you are unsure about your country, please contact customerservice@sbla.com for more information.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please contact customerservice@sbla.com to request an order cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. We do our best to fulfil orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible.


ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please ensure all address information is inputted correctly.

To change shipping information please contact customerservice@sbla.com as soon as possible, once the order is shipped out SBLA can no longer offer assistance.

We cannot take responsibility if a delivery does not occur because an address was not properly entered at check-out. This can result in not receiving an order. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to get information on the whereabouts of the order.


SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

We try to fulfil orders quickly, and they are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Fulfilment time can vary during peak periods, such as product launches, promotions and holidays.

Orders within the continental USA should arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your ship method and geographic location.

International orders take longer depending on the country as packages must pass through customs.

NEW - Australia orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days and should arrive within 30 days. This shipping time is due to delays with Australian shipping carriers.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Continental USA and Canada

All orders Over $50 are shipped FREE by ground freight.  

Orders Under $50 are shipped by ground freight for a nominal charge.

USA - $5.00  / Canada - $8.00

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - $9.00 USD

Australia - $10.00 USD 

International - Shipping costs are based on weight plus applicable duties and taxes. The total price is calculated as shown in the transaction summary. The lowest possible price will be charged. *The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer. The customer authorizes SBLA Beauty Inc. to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the customer agrees that SBLA Beauty Inc. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The customer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer 2 Business Day Expedited Shipping within the Continental USA - $15 USD on items currently in stock. Note: All orders placed after 8 am on Friday and over the weekend will not ship until the following Monday.

Express Shipping cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Please note at this time Express shipping is currently only available to customers who are shipping within Continental USA.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre in North Brunswick, New Jersey or our Canadian Distribution Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

All orders placed after 8 am Friday and over the weekend are packed and shipped Monday.

Orders placed during a Federal Holiday weekend are packed and shipped the first business day after the holiday.

Some international orders are shipped through various countries around the world to abide by regulatory requirements.

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

A $15 USD Non–Delivery Fee will be charged for all refused shipments.   The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the method of payment selected  during the checkout procedure and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING HOURS

In accordance with U.S. Federal Holidays, our Distribution Centre will be  closed on the following holidays:

- Memorial Day

- Independence Day

- Labor Day

- Thanksgiving Day

- Christmas Eve

- Christmas Day

- New Years Day

If you are shopping with us from China you can find SBLA BEAUTY products on the TMall Global website.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email that will contain all shipment details including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier’s site.
